Streamlined OEM Workflow
Your team provides vector artwork (AI/EPS/PDF). Our packaging engineers create dielines, check print resolutions, and issue digital proofs within 24 hours.
If on-leaf logo stamping or custom shapes are required, our toolmakers machine dedicated CNC heated steel dies for production.
A pilot sample run is manufactured, packaged with your artwork, and verified against quality standards before triggering mass production.
Raw areca sheaths are hydro-washed, heat-pressed at 200°C, dried for 24 hours, and pass through UV conveyor sterilization.
Products are shrink-wrapped in specified set counts, packaged into custom retail cartons, barcoded, and packed into master shipping boxes.
Containers are floor-loaded or palletized at our Bhadravathi plant and dispatched to New Mangalore Port under complete compliance dossiers.
