Factory Direct Commercial Terms
Ecodyne Tableware operates under standardized international trade protocols. Every commercial quote, proforma invoice, and annual supply contract reflects the binding terms outlined below.
Our baseline order requirement is one 40-foot high-cube (40ft HC) container. Floor-loaded, a 40ft HC holds approximately 67 m³, equivalent to 300,000–350,000 individual palm leaf tableware units depending on SKU geometry.
Mixed SKU Flexibility: Buyers may consolidate round plates, square dinnerware, bowls, platters, and compartment trays inside a single container at no additional handling fee.
Standard orders are packed, palletized or floor-loaded, and dispatched to New Mangalore Port within 10 business days of deposit confirmation.
Contractual Buyer Protection: All Ecodyne export contracts incorporate a binding late-dispatch penalty clause of 1% per day accrued in favor of the buyer should shipment be delayed beyond agreed terms.
Standard export terms are FOB New Mangalore Port (Port Code: INMAA), Karnataka, India. Located 130 km from our Bhadravathi manufacturing hub, this port provides direct ocean freight connectivity to major hubs in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
CIF and CFR terms are readily supplied upon request through our partner ocean freight carriers.

Every shrink-wrapped retail pack includes heavy-duty desiccant packs to maintain ideal humidity levels (<10%) inside ocean transit containers. Master cartons are constructed from 5-ply corrugated kraft board rated for multi-tier stacking strength.
